My name is Destiny DeYonne Davis. I am an innovator. I am an entrepreneur. I am a connector of people. People are my passion. Born and raised in Dallas, TX, I have made it a primary goal to have the ability to impact lives in many ways.
I graduated college from Stephen F. Austin State University, where I got my Bachelors in Social Work at the age of 20. I am currently living in St. Louis, MO and attending Washington University in St. Louis, where I am pursuing a Masters in Social Work.
I fell in love with God at a young age and I've been rocking with Him ever since. I know I'm not able to do my full work without Him. I started an organization in known as IINVADE. in 2013. INVADE produced events in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex that allowed youth and young adults could come to get connected to like-minded individuals and ultimately connect to God in the most non-traditional way. INVADE has grown to be my heart and is continuously bringing efforts to show God's love outside of the 4 walls of church through multi-faceted events.
My primary goal is to be the change agent. The change agent that connects with young adults that age out of foster care with the proper resources; ultimately helping them holistically. You can call me a humanitarian. I believe in the people. The people drive my purpose. I firmly believe that in order to bring change, you have to be willing to serve others. I am bringing that change. I am investing in the lives of others through social interaction, communal relationships, and humanitarian leadership.
This platform is an opportunity to write through my experiences, connect, and to inspire.
I'm determined to be a light, through vulnerability and purpose.
